MSC Payroll is developed to address Puerto Rico's payroll processing requirements. It is our experience that imported payroll programs do not fully comply with all Puerto Rico payroll requirements. Most of them can not compute local income taxes correctly and do not accumulate vacation and sick leave time appropiately. They also lack some local tax returns such as "Fondo del Seguro del Estado".
